We accept payments: 1) via our trusted Tab Travel credit card system, 2) on our UGX or USD bank account, 3) in cash UGX or 4) via Mobile Money (MTN). Please mind we do not accept US Dollar or Euro notes. Deposits (minimum of 50%) are required on group, long-stay and tour operator bookings. Please don’t get us wrong. We are not saying that Sipi Falls is not worth a visit. It is a beautiful place. Only a little touristy at times:) In a 25 minutes’ drive you are at the starting point of the Sipi Falls hike or the coffee tour.

Laundry service
After a muddy or dusty ride through the village, our house keepers are more than happy to do your laundry. This costs 1,000UGX per item. And 2,000UGX when we iron your clothes too.
WiFi
With an average of 10MBps, our free WiFi is not the strongest in the world. And we are happy with this, because it encourages us to socialise and enjoy the beautiful nature that surrounds us:) But still, don’t worry too much: It is generally strong enough for WhatsApp calls and basic business communications.
Do you want to use your own SIM-card / internet? Please mind that on our compound the Airtel signal is much stronger than MTN.
Payments
You can pay for your accommodation, food and activities with a credit card. We are making use of the Tab Travel payment app. Our experience teaches us that the app works with most cards, though it is important for you to know how to do the extra verification step on your phone (whilst making use of our WiFi).
Electricity
Please mind we are located in rural Africa which means power outages are frequent and unpredictable. We have a generator as a back-up during critical (lunch and dinner) moments and all our rooms have a solar shower together with a solar backup for lighting. As we cannot run the generator at night due the (noise) pollution, please charge your devices before 10pm, if we want to be sure!

Still feeling a bit stressed, even though you are far away from your usual rhythm? Book a relaxation massage with host and experienced therapist Eliza.
Accommodation for driver(s) / guide(s)
Unfortunately, we don’t have a special room for drivers and guides yet. If there’s availability in our usual guest rooms, you can sleep here at a 50,000UGX per night including (local) meals. If not, we mostly have a tent available (for free) or we can connect you with a partner Guesthouse in nearby Kapchorwa Town (within one kilometer).
Local meals for drivers (breakfast, lunch or dinner) are 10,000UGX per plate.
