Just outside Kapchorwa Town you’ll find two secret cascades: Chepchebai and Kaptokwoi. Relax by the stream, listen to the songs of birds and enjoy a cool break in the shade of the trees.
2. Sawuriako viewpoint
Feeling energetic? Take on the climb to Shauriako Hill for 360° views over Kapchorwa Town, Mount Elgon’s rainforest and even the homesteads of Olympic champions. The effort is rewarded by breathtaking scenery and fresh mountain air.
